Meet Pam
Pam is a Registered Dental Hygienist with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry. She began her career as a dental assistant, then advanced to dental hygienist, mobile dental hygiene practice owner, and ultimately, consultant. Her expertise in practice establishment, policy, procedure, and patient care enables her to help dental practices operate efficiently, remain compliant, and uphold the highest standards of care.
Known for her love of design and all things beautiful, Pam was inspired to create a unique dental consulting experience for her clients. With a strong talent for organization and execution, she is passionate about helping her clients build a solid foundation for the long-term success of their business.
On a personal note, Pam values the importance of personal connections. When she’s not dedicated to her work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories with friends. Whether embracing new experiences or simply enjoying good company, Pam cherishes the moments that bring joy and fulfillment.

Meet Charlene
Charlene is an experienced dental professional with a strong background in dental office management, and industry consulting. She began her career as a dental hygienist and quickly advanced into management, where she led teams of various sizes while refining her skills in patient care, team leadership, and practice operations. In 2022, she transitioned into dental consulting office organization, system planning, financial control, and business efficiencies.
Her mission is to help dental offices create well-structured, high-performing practices by streamlining operations, enhancing financial management, and implementing sustainable business systems.
Outside of work, Charlene enjoys time with her family. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants, home renovations and spending quality time with friends.
